The Chopra Center Newsletter is worth subscribing to. This morning it reminded me to return to stillness more.  I think we just get used to all the constant media noise, however our bodies need the counterbalance of stillness for optimal health.

Can you start looking for small moments of stillness and not fill them in with media noise?  Try stopping at traffic lights and not checking your phone, not checking your email before bed and put your phone on silence, not vibrate, durning meals.

When I personally can't get past the noise, a session with energy balance practitioner Ray Pokorski always helps me reconnect.  More importantly the session helps me return to that place inside of me that knows silence and know what it needs for balance. I can get lost in all the media noise, and to withdraw into my inner silence shows me exactly what I need to do for my optimal health.

Let me know how it goes!

The Green Renaissance posted this wonderful idea for seed sprouting.  Simply filled organic eggs with your soil and seeds and watch them sprout in a sunny window.  The best part is that you just put them in the ground when you are ready to plant.

Make the best of your treatments~
plan to not go back to work after, skip the gym, don't take a long run that evening, drink lots of room temp water and don't partake in alcohol. Most importantly let yourself to to bed early so your nervous system can restore very deeply!! You treatment will last much longer.
