Body Buzz is one of Inner Connections referral partners. Here is their latest email.   Don't be afraid! Classes are for every age, every body and every normal person with a real body!

This month, we add Body Buzz in Flight - our Aerial Arts program - to our Small Group Class offerings on Thursday nights. On Sundays we toss in a few workshops with Senior Instructor Mikey Thomas.

Not ready to fly through the air just yet? Maybe Reiki is more your style. We have a few spaces left in Reiki I with Lori Guth Moffett. This workshop will introduce you to the basic concepts of Reiki and energy work, enabling you to begin practicing Reiki for self-care right away. Don't delay - the $15 early bird discount expires on Friday. Reserve your spot now.

Coming in July, we have the opportunity to study with two of my close friends and mentors: Dr. William Conable, the originator of Body Mapping, will teach a Body Mapping Workshop on July 16. Margaret Lane of Pilates Nature will teach Pilates for Body Geeks on July 9. Pick one or both for a chance to hang out with like minds, dig a little deeper, and refresh your approach to thework you do. Bring us your enthusiasts, serious students, pre-professionals and professionals. All body geeks are welcome. You should join us. It will be so fun.

See you in the Studio!

xoxo,

Christina

BODY BUZZ IN FLIGHT
with Mikey Thomas
400 West Rich Street
These AERIAL MOVEMENT sessions are designed to teach participants to work with our aerial equipment - the trapeze and the span-set ladder. The session begins with a basic full body warm-up, followed by a carefully-developed approach to interacting with the aerial equipment. WARNING: Our current location at 400 Rich St. is gritty and un-air-conditioned. Be prepared to sweat and get dirty! Participants should bring/wear athletic shoes, workout attire, or dancewear (exposed legs and arms work best for beginners so shorts and a t-shirt are a good choice), bottled water, and an exercise/yoga mat.
