BODY BUZZ IN FLIGHT with Mikey ThomasSunday, April 22 Artist Lofts, 400 West Rich Street3-5p 
This AERIAL MOVEMENT WORKSHOP is an intensive designed to introduce participants to a variety of aerial dance equipment. This session begins with a basic full body warm-up (including exercises borrowed from a modern dance class, yoga instruction and basic calisthenics, followed by a carefully developed approach to interacting with the aerial equipment. The equipment includes dual-point static trapeze, lyra hoops, and span-set ladders. This workshop is physically intense, fast moving and fun. All are welcome to participate, beginners and advanced flyers alike. Participants should bring/wear athletic shoes, workout attire, or dancewear (exposed legs and arms work best for beginners so shorts and a t-shirt are a good choice), bottled water, and an exercise/yoga mat. Reserve your spot now!

Get down with Jazz for Every Body! In this energetic class, we will warm up with basic body isolations and combinations of classical and contemporary jazz steps. Then we'll get groovy with exciting routines set to upbeat music. Don't worry if you've never taken a jazz class before - we'll cover all the basics from the kick-ball-change to the jazz square and more. All are welcome. Come out and give jazz a try!
