Angelique is a Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master that wanted to start a wellness office that addresses needs of the mind, body, and soul. She graduated from West Chester University with a BA in Psychology and decided to work in the mental health field with marginalized groups. While attending Temple University for graduate school, she began to focus on trauma and children with adverse life experiences. It was this focus where she gained education and experience in how the body, not just the mind, is affected by traumatic experiences.
Angelique went on to study massage and reiki to further help individuals process and heal from traumatic stress. She has over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults with issues involving anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Diagnosis, trauma and stress-related disorders, and low self-esteem. She also is committed to working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Prenatal and Postpartum Massage
This massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women or women who have recently given birth . Comfortable pillows and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Prenatal massage can help regulate hormones as well as reduce prenatal depression and anxiety, back pain, swelling, and nerve pain. Postpartum massage can help restore balance to hormones, speed healing, improve sleep, and reduce swelling.

EFT Coaching
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Coaching is a holistic practice that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the meridian points as seen in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The efficacy of EFT has been documented in research on individuals with PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addiction, and panic disorder. The practitioner guides you through movements and body positions that bring balance to your mind and body, and will leave you feeling more ease about a specific problem. Most clients become proficient in doing EFT themselves in less then six sessions, but some clients need more.
In an EFT session, you can expect Angelique to listen as you openly discuss any challenges, pain, or blockages currently in your life. DBT Coaching
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Coaching is a structured program that teaches the individual the steps of DBT to help address symptoms of trauma and chronic stress, borderline personality disorder, or anyone with difficulty managing intense emotions. You will be guided through the 4 stages of DBT:

- Emotional Regulation
- Distress Tolerance
- Assertive Communication
