Because time is important to both of us we maintain high standards of promptness for each and every one of our appointments.  We want to make sure that you are received promptly on your exact appointment day and time. In order to provide this high quality of service we maintain a  cancellation policy and ask that if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late that you phone us to reschedule your appointment and comply with our missed appointment policy.  As an option, If you may use the secure checkout to prepay for your appointment.

Travel North on Neil Avenue . Pass 1st , 2nd and 3rd Avenues. At 4th Avenue start looking on the East/Right side of road and the 3rd building is 1196 Neil Avenue . Address is above front door high on the building. If you have reached 5th Avenue you have gone too far. Park on Neil Avenue if you can find a spot. Park in our parking lot by turning right onto 4th and immediate left onto Forsythe and the first left into our parking (there is also street parking on Forsythe).  

From 5th Avenue
Travel south ½ block and 1196 Neil Avenue will be on the left and is right across the street from the church. If you have passed 4th Avenue you have gone too far. Park on Neil Avenue if you can find a spot (watch for bus no parking zone). Park in our lot by turning left onto 4th and an immediate left onto Forsythe and the first left into our parking (there is also street parking on Forsythe).
