Cancellation Policy
Due to the high number of clients not showing up for their scheduled appointments we have a strict reservation and cancellation policy.
If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment we require advance 24 or 48 hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 or 48 hours will be charged the full session fee plus tax. Some practitioners have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You will be notified when reserving your appointment.
We require that all cancellations be made via telephone only please. Email or text cancellations cannot not be accepted.

If you find that you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment please phone your practitioner and our office at (614) 299-7638. If you cannot reach the office please phone your practitioner immediately. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment and pay in full for your appointment.
If you miss your appointment and do not call to cancel or fail to show for your scheduled appointment you will be asked to pay the full session amount.
Arrival Information
We invite you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment begins so you can relax in our waiting room in a peaceful setting. If you have the door code please use it to let yourself into the waiting room. If you find the door locked please call your practitioner directly or call the office at (614) 299-7638.
Appointments begin on your scheduled time.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late you will be asked to pay the full session fee and reschedule your appointment. Your practitioner may not be available and will leave a note on the door.
Please call if you are running late for your appointment.

All of our practitioners are strict professionals. We offer professional holistic wellness services and reserve the right to refuse or terminate sessions at anytime.
