Private Yoga Classes
Tara offers offers private yoga classes for individualized attention. Each class is structured with your personal goals in mind and can vary from the restorative to vigorous, depending upon your needs. Your instructor, Tara Griffith, registered yoga teacher (RYT), has practiced yoga in a variety of styles for over 18 years.
