Ayurvedic Somatic Bodywork is a clinically grounded, embodied approach for massage therapists and bodyworkers seeking a slower, more perceptive, and nervous-system-informed way of working. Rooted in classical Ayurveda and shaped by over two decades of clinical massage therapy experience, this training bridges traditional wisdom with modern somatic understanding. Participants will learn practical skills that can be integrated immediately into practice while developing greater awareness of tissue response, breath, pacing, and the body's natural capacity for regulation.
Designed specifically for bodyworkers, this approach moves beyond technique-driven treatment and emphasizes presence, attunement, ethical touch, and professional sustainability. Practitioners learn to listen to fascia, temperature, rhythm, and subtle client responses so the body's own organizing intelligence can emerge.
This is a clinical, somatic approach appropriate for real-world practice settings.
What You Will Learn
✔ Comprehensive course materials
✔ Hands-on supervised practice
✔ Certificate of Completion
✔ Practical techniques for immediate integration into your work
Why Attend
