As a Certified Registered Polarity Practitioner, IYT Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Certified Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy Practitioner—along with holding a BA in Holistic Studies from Union University—I have dedicated my life’s work to holistic wellness. Founding and directing Inner Connections Holistic Bodywork Center in Victorian Village has been a deeply fulfilling expression of that commitment.
Since 1995, I have been immersed in the complementary and alternative health field, guided by a deep respect for the body–mind connection. My work is designed to nurture both the heart and soul, supporting emotional and spiritual wellness alongside physical relief. Each session is intuitively crafted, blending my extensive training into a personalized and meaningful experience.
In April 2026, I expanded my training to include Level 1 Multi-Instrument Sound Healing through the Sound Healing Academy, studying with Beth Snyder (CCHt, SHA Associate Teacher, Florida, USA).
This training integrates the therapeutic use of Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks (on and off the body), shamanic drums, tingshas, chimes, and bells—bringing a deeper layer of nervous system support, energetic balance, and vibrational healing into my sessions.
